Emanuel Haldeman-Julius : Pocket Series and the Little Blue Books

Front Wrapper Design Style: "Self-Help"

A highly distinctive wrapper style used exclusively for select titles printed as a part of the Self-Help Library. The three line Brand Graphic, located on the left hand side of the wrap, distinguishes it from other wrappers used in this subseries. It is unclear exactly when this design style emerged, or when it was retired, but observation suggests a probable date range of 1946 to at least 1951. It is likely, however, that additional printings may have happened into the late 1950's. Additional information can be found in Dating Little Blue Books. Please check out our Database of Haldeman-Julius Pocket Series and Little Blue Book Titles for a more exhaustive list of titles in The Self-Help Library.
